River Trail | ||
Rushing river in the sun, Where, pray tell, have you begun? Sometimes you are calm and clear, Then your rapids will appear. Honking geese with stripe of white Find your waters a delight. Butterfly of black and blue Plays with one that's orange, too. Caterpillars share the trail With a slow and slimy snail. Flowers yellow, blue, and pink Give the insects juice to drink. There's a giant heron, too! Sagely staring back at you. 'Tis a magic place to be, Doing what comes naturally. | ||
