Tulips | ||
Tulips proudly raise their head In the warming garden bed. Some are pointed, some are flat, But they never wear a hat. They can come in many hues, But they're rarely seen in blues. In their center they can hide, Stamens, pistils, all with pride. They don't gossip or tell tales. They don't look for bargain sales. They just stand there as they should, Doing well by doing good. | ||
