Charlie was a chimpanzee Swinging free from tree to tree. With his handy, bushy tail His fine jumps would never fail. One day Trapper Joe came by, Tried to catch him on the fly. Cut the tree so he would fall In a furry frightened ball. Caught him in a heavy net. But the tale's not over yet. While the Trapper took a nap Charlie got out of the trap. Bit a hole right through the net. Now he'e free and hard to get. | ||
