The Loon | ||
Graceful soars the lonely loon Flying by the silver moon. She may all her burdens take On a trip across the lake. She emits a mournful cry As she flaps her wings to fly. She has lost her life-long mate So she is not feeling great. But she has her memories As she heads for distant trees. In her flight perhaps she'll find Consolation, peace of mind. | ||
