Exercise

Try a little exercise.
It may be a nice surprise.
As you start to work up sweat
You may younger visions get.
You'll feel lighter, and I guess,
Free from worry, care, or stress.
Breathing deeply you can sense
That you are not feeling tense.
It's a bonus for the heart,
And the lungs can do their part.
If you do your very best
You can earn a nice long rest.
