Training

When your body's not yet fit,
You will have to rest a bit.
As you climb the gentle trail
You will feel your vigor fail.
Yet you slowly onward go
Though the pace is somewhat slow.

Extra training is a must
For a body left to rust.
Several weeks will do the job
So you don't feel like a slob.
Slowly you become more fit
If you only work at it.
