Swans are swimming in the pond. Of each other they are fond. They are loyal all their life! Just as we, they're man and wife. When one dies the other grieves, But remains and never leaves! Never seeks another mate, Just accepting cruel fate. If to swans should widowed be Could they not live happily? Or would they feel never free From the spouse of memory. | ||
