Early morning exercise
Helps to keep one fit and wise.
Walking briskly round the lake
Is perhaps all it will take.
Breathing deeply helps the heart
And the lungs to do their part.
Legs and feet are firm and strong
To propel one right along.
'Tis amazing one can be
Walking with serenity
In a city where the cars
Are as many as the stars.
