Sore Knee

When your knee is out of joint
You could rest, but what's the point.
It is best to exercise,
Doing only what is wise.
Day by day you'll stronger be,
Getting better by degree.
Praise the Lord for healing grace
And for pain that leaves no trace.
Health was meant to be the norm,
With our bodies all in form.
Let us do our part to stay
Fit and able every day.
