| When from slumber I arise I begin my exercise! Shaking off my lethargy Like a burst of energy. As I feel the juices flow I attain a happy glow, Toning up the body well So it's solid as a bell. Then the mind is open, too, Ready for its work to do. Calisthenics start me right As I move to day from night. | ||
