Fernando de Noronha (I)
On an island far at sea That is rich in history We can swim and watch the sun As its daily rounds are done. Rugged peaks invite the eye To transition to the sky. Flowers bright adorn the way, Telling us that we should stay. 'Tis an island filled with hope, Not a place to sit and mope. Praise the Lord for isles of joy That the years cannot destroy.
