Fruit may have unbroken skin,
Yet be very spoiled within.
Books may have a cover bright,
Yet the contents don't delight.
People, too, may look so nice,
Yet be prone to every vice.
Others may quite ugly be,
Yet have beauty inwardly.
Let us not judge hastily
