Verses Aplenty | ||
Verses aplenty are crowding my pen. Someday they'll cease but I do not know when. Notions quite varied are waiting their turn, Hoping that I from their prodding will learn. I will record them in passable rhyme, Knowing that each has a moment to shine. Topics so varied they boggle the mind Are after all very easy to find. Maybe their meaning is only for me And they were not meant for others to see. Maybe instead I should share them to find If there are others of similar mind. | ||
