| Deep inside the forest green Stands a tree that's rarely seen. Though it stands upon a slope, Knee-like roots have let it cope With the storms of many years, Never yielding to its fears. From its base it rises tall, Far above the forest wall. From its top it well may see Christ who's peering out to sea. It's aware it has been blessed To be greater than the rest. | ||
