Sleep

When we've lost a lot of sleep
We can catch up easily.
In a slumber long and deep
We are sleeping like a tree.
Resting for the extra length
Is the smartest thing to do.
It will soon restore our strength
And we'll end up feeling new.
So it is with minds that tire
From a concentration deep!
Change of pace they may require,
Like the body needs its sleep.
