Palms | ||
How strange it is that palms so tall Are held in place by tiny roots. Although it's windy they don't fall. They're anchored well by many flutes. The trunk is trusting of its base! It knows support is always there. It lives each moment full of grace, Forever free from dark despair. Each root alone is powerless! It needs companions to be strong. Together they can weather stress And keep the trunk erect for long. | ||
