Samba School Parade | ||
In the middle of the night Wafts a gentle summer breeze. There are brilliant beams of light And I'm doing what I please: Hearing lively drums a-beat With a rhythm firm and clear, Watching dancers in the street And the floats that may appear. 'Tis a world of "Let's Pretend," Where imagination reigns. How I wish it would not end As I hear the bright refrains. | ||
