The Lord is Near | ||
| The Lord is never far away. He lingers near throughout the day To help all those who call His name, The weeping, happy, hale, or lame. He answers every heartfelt prayer, Bestowing love and grace to spare. Perhaps a wish He does not grant, Because He has a different slant. He knows full well what's best to do, And never fails to see it through. So let's rejoice we have a friend, Whose great compassion has no end. | ||
