| Lavender phlox on the side of the hill, Soaking up sunshine and getting a thrill, Waiting for bees that their nectar will taste. My how they prize it!it won't go to waste. How many people who see them will smile? They have such color and show it in style. They seem so happy to be where they are! There's no incentive to follow a star. They can take pride that they wait each day's sun. Maybe they're having a great deal of fun. They can be thankful their needs are quite few. They're an example for me and for you. | ||
