Do not supervise too near. You'll engender ire or fear. Give a person room to try. He must practice ere he fly. If you sit upon his back He'll be feeling very black. He must make his own mistakes! Then he'll learn to use his brakes. Give him ample latitude So he can his skill exude. Let him work upon his own. Then you'll marvel how he's grown. | ||
