The Jockey | ||
Galloping horses are pounding the track, Rounding the turn and a-charging right back, Eagerly pressing to beat at the line. I am ecstatically spurring on mine. Silks are all flattened by wind to my skin. I am determined that this time I'll win. Clippity, cloppety, galloping fast! All of my challengers now have been passed. Though I am confident I'll not look back. This is no time to be careless or slack. When I have won it will be time for rest. Now I continue to press on my quest. | ||
