Firecrackers | ||
Firecrackers pop with a flash and a boom, Waking the drowsy and scattering gloom. They are a sign of our energy real, Showing to others how lively we feel. When they explode they at times are so loud They are disruptive and frighten the crowd. Whey do folks light them? What kick do they get? Maybe there's something they're trying to forget. Maybe they suffer from low self-esteem Or are enveloped in some sort of dream. When they have heard all the firecrackers pop They've made their statement and so they can stop. | ||
