Rocking | ||
Languidly rocking with nowhere to go, There is so much that I don't even know. Sometimes I think I am learning a lot. Then I remember the things I forgot. Absently rocking, I think of the past, All of the pleasures that didn't quite last. Fog-like they linger and then they move on, Fleetingly clinging until they are gone. Anxiously rocking, I look down the road, Never quite sure what the future will bode. I shall just live it as best as I can, Confident God has a marvelous plan. | ||
