Muscles | ||
Muscles rebel when you push them too far, But they relax when you get to the car. They do your bidding but only so long. When they're untrained they are not very strong. They are compliant and give it their best But when exploited they cry out for rest. If you will grant them the rest they deserve, They will recover their vim and their verve. Treat them with patience; allow them to mend. Show them some kindness and they'll be your friend. | ||
