Muscles not used can so quickly get weak. They become flabby in less than a week. How 'bout a brain that is not stretched enough? How can you keep it all properly tough? Use it or lose it, the adage enjoins. So too desire when it leaps in your loins. Getting in shape is not easy to do. Don't quickly lose it as soon as you're through.
