| What a joy to read a tale That a child will love to hear. May it never seem to stale As it plays from year to year. Thanks to taping it will last Even after I am gone. There's no need to read it fast. It will always linger on. I shall try to keep it light! If the tale should seem too deep, And it's heard too late at night, It may put the kids to sleep. | ||
