Gentle Sea | ||
When I slip in the gentle sea The blue-green water kisses me. It bids me rest and float awhile. One cannot help but sing and smile. It offers respite from the sun. It says, "Come frolic and have fun." No waves intrude upon the scene. The water lies there, crisp and clean. I could swim on if I've a mind, But since the sea has been so kind I'll stay and let it kiss me more Before I walk again to shore. | ||
