Carpe Diem | ||
When days are shorter it is fun To catch them when they've just begun. I do not wish to miss a ray That's come to brighten up my day. I try to squeeze the juice of life, Collecting joy and shunning strife. I marvel at the fruit I see That's waiting to be picked by me. I shall not watch the clock run by And waste my time without a try To do the most that I can do Until this lovely day is through. | ||
