| Allergy sufferers don't like the spring; Pollen is heavy so they cannot sing. But for the rest it is lovely indeed! Beautiful flowers and even a weed. Life is renewing. The cold winter's gone. Everything says "shake yourself and move on." Birds are enamored and bees are at work. How can we mortals our own duty shirk? Sniff the aroma of blossoms so sweet When you are strolling along on the street. Greet all you meet with a "How do you do?" Savor the spring; all too soon it is through." | ||
