Dancing Leaves | ||
Russet leaves upon my tree, Dancing in the wind for me, Bring to mind a tropic palm Where the breeze is like a balm. Tiny leaflets gently ope, Prompted well by trust and hope. Though they're fragile like the dew, They will see the sunrise through, Doing well their job to feed All the roots and trunk in need. As we watch them dancing free May I, too, my duty see. | ||
