Whence Come Words? | ||
Whence come words to fill a page? I just sit and start to write. How do I the muse engage? Simply pen what gives delight. Though the verses seem inane It's a joy to set them down. Some are fancy, others plain. Some are funny as a clown. Every day I start anew With a catchy little rhyme. I just try to tell what's true And it takes so little time. | ||
