| Inexorable Father Time Is ticking on through thick or thin. He doesn't care about our rhyme! He watches stars and planets spin. Though we may dwell on bygone joys Old Father Time is here and now. He isn't making lots of noise Or doting on a sacred cow. The minutes pass before we know, So seize the day as best you can. The ticking clock will never slow For that is part of God's great plan. | ||
