Life Continues | ||
The tree of life has roots so deep You cannot find them 'ere you sleep. When storms beset it end to end It gives a shrug and makes a bend. Every year it stretches more, Creeping skyward as before. Branches many spread new life, Ready to endure all strife. The tree of life will one day die. Perhaps it's cut for timber dry. Yet life continues all the same! Another place, another name. | ||
