Fitness

Yes, now it's time to get in shape
And shed unwanted pounds.
I'll shun the sweet and eat the grape
And start to make the rounds.
I'll exercise the body well
And climb the stairs a bit.
As weeks go by the time will tell
I'm feeling very fit.
I'll watch my diet carefully,
Curtailing snacks and booze.
I know the best is yet to be
And I'll be what I choose.
