| Another year is fading fast! We think on all the chances past. What else might we have done this year That now, so soon, will disappear? We might have made another friend On whom we could our life depend. We might have helped more folks in need By shaking off a bit more greed. We might have lost a lot of weight By heaping less upon our plate. We might have spent more time at ease, Relaxing in the summer breeze. | ||
