| Sometimes work appears in vain, Though we give it of our best. Even then it must be plain We have earned the right to rest. If we do the best we can To complete our every chore That is our bit for God's plan! Never should we ask for more. Labor is its own reward, Though its fruit may not seem ripe. We should simply praise the Lord, Try to smile and not to gripe. | ||
