The mountain near that seems so high May only be a hill. If you retreat, then by and by You'll see one higher, still. You're blinded by the close at hand And cannot see the rest. You think your hill is really grand, But it is not the best. Beware to judge from what you see, Be it a hill or man. Behind them is a mystery To fathom if you can. | ||
