The Spider's Tale | ||
I squished a spider on the floor, a-crunching up its guts and gore. It had not harmed me one small bit, But it would give my wife a fit. The spider should have stayed at home. Instead, it chose our house to roam. I wonder if it knew the chance When it began its final dance. The moral of this tale, I see, Is stay where you're supposed to be. | ||
