Summer Heat | ||
The summer sun is scorching hot. I like the breeze; I kid you not. The shade affords a welcome rest To those who are from heat distressed. But when I think of winter chill I can endure the heat at will. I think I'd rather fry than freeze And cope with any high degrees. I praise the Lord for summer heat. I'll take the warmth that I might meet. The heat is not too hard to bear; It is a blessing we can share. | ||
