Spring | ||
| The buds are out upon the tree! A sign that spring ere long will be A-bursting out for us to see. We'll feel the air so fresh and clear. We'll put on airs of king and queen, And never do a thing that's mean. We'll leave behind the winter blues, We'll try a pair of happy shoes And maybe even take a cruise. The amaryllis opened wide To show its stamens with great pride. We, too, have nothing we should hide. | ||
