Bowling

The little ball rolls down the lane,
But seldom pins do spill.
It seems as if I aim in vain,
And ball goes where it will.
The pins are much too far away
For me to hit with ease.
The ball has time to go astray
And not where I would please.
Perhaps if I could practice more
And aim it very well
The ball would go straight down the floor
And all the pins impel.
