Patience | ||
Apples fall when they are ripe, Though they first are out of reach. That should teach us not to gripe; We should learn the truth they teach. We may thrive on instant food And use things we've not yet bought. Living well we don't include Time in life for patient thought. What I guess I'm trying to say In this lilting little rhyme Is that in both work and play Things worth having take some time. | ||
