Laughter | ||
Often those who boast some girth Do not fear to show their mirth. When a joke is told their way And their laugh comes in to stay Stomach shakes so vi'lently Like a chicken newly free, Heaving, rolling endlessly. 'Tis a happy sight to see. So contagious is their glee It sets off a laugh in me. Laughter banishes my woe! Helps me inner peace to know. | ||
