Rain | ||
Raindrops are drenching me right to the skin, Chilling my bones and creating a din. Lacking umbrella I'm getting all wet, But I will not let it make me upset. Rain can descend on all manner of folks: Some stony serious, others with jokes. Farmers and gard'ners applaud every drop, But as for me the whole shower could stop. I will dry out when I get back inside. I'll find a place just to curl up and hide. Hopefully all of the water is clean. Let us enjoy it and not make a scene. | ||
