Swimming with a Seal | ||
The friendly monk seal came to play As I was swimming in the bay. With flippers smooth she hugged my leg Then rode my back as if to beg For me to take her where I went. Her energy was far from spent. With eyes of brown and whiskers black She followed every move and track. When I would try to see my book Of fish she had to take a look. She hugged me gently all around, So glad she had a new friend found. But then the seal grew tired of play And smoothly glided on her way. | ||
