Trees of purple flank the way, Brightening the spring-like day. Blossoms lavender are gay. "Happy be," they seem to say. 'Tis a joy to see them there Like an answer to a prayer. Have they always been around, Rooted in our local ground? Why had I not seen them yet? Did I see and then forget? Look for things that you did miss. Then your life will glow with bliss. | ||
