Geese | ||
Geese with their black necks and patches of white Swimming in safety without trace of fright Wiggle their necks as they honk in their glee, Happy indeed that their life is so free. They can fly south when the wind starts to chill, Choosing a pleasanter clime where they will. Geese are indeed much more mobile than I, Though I can sometimes go south if I try. When I retire I will flee winter's cold, Basking in sunshine before I grow old. | ||
