| A little mouse had lost his house And cried with great alarm. He had great fear a cat was near, About to do him harm. But they he say a mighty paw! A dog who was his friend. The dog said, "Boo! Bad cat, you shoo; The mouse I will defend." The grateful mouse then found his house And told his mom the tale. She said "I'm glad though things were bad Your courage did not fail." | ||
