Santa's Visit | ||
Santa is driving his sleigh in the sky, Watching the sentinel stars passing by. Santa is hunting for good girls and boys. He wants to bring them some games and new toys. Slowly he circles young Christopher's house. No one is peeking, not even a mouse. "I think I'll stop here," he says with a grin. "Maybe some children are sleeping within." Inside the chimney he drops like a flash, Getting his red suit all covered with ash. Santa sees Andrew asleep in his bed. Christopher also has covered his head. Santa checks over his list of good boys. He finds that these two deserve some new toys. Santa explores down inside his great pack, Looking for items the two lads may lack. He leaves some Ninjas, a trike and a ball, Skipping a horse 'cause they don't have a stall. Also he leaves them some candy and books, Piling them up just wherever he looks. Then he decides that he really must go Since the sky darkened and started to snow. When the boys waken they find the surprise: All of the gifts are a treat for their eyes. | ||
