| Squirrels are scampering over the lawn, Busy a-hunting from earliest dawn, Looking for succulent nuts in the shell, Readying nests for a long winter spell. Squirrels are chattering, fluffing their tails, Wishing that they could store nuts in big pails. Some are pitch black and the others quite gray. Sometimes it's hard to tell work from their play. | ||
